Railway JE 2024 Salary
✔️ For Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant Posts: ₹ 35,400/- per month (Pay Level 6 in 7th CPC)
✔️ For Chemical Supervisor / Research and Metallurgical Supervisor / Research: ₹ 44,900/- per month (Pay Level 7 in 7th CPC)
Railway JE 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: The Railway Junior Engineer Age Limit is
✔️ Minimum 18 years .
✔️ Maximum 36 years as on 1st January 2025.
✔️ The relaxation in upper age limit / maximum upper age is 03 years for OBC-NCL, 05 years for SC/ST, Plus 10 years for PwBD and others as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualifications:
Junior Engineers: 3-year diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
Chemical Supervisor / Research: Degree or equivalent in Chemical Technology from a recognized university/institution, covering any of the following fields: a) Petroleum Products, b) Paints and Corrosion Prevention, c) Polymers. Knowledge of any computer language is essential.
Metallurgical Supervisor / Research: Degree or equivalent in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized university/institution. Knowledge of any computer language is essential.

How to Apply Railway JE Recruitment 2024
Eligible Candidates must apply for Railway Junior Engineer 2024 (RRB JE 2024) online. The application form should be filled and submitted via the official websites of the respective RRBs/RRCs on 30th July 2024. The Railway Centralized Employment Notice (CEN) No. 03/2024 online registration will follow the following steps:-
(1) Visit the RRB Official Online Application Recruitment Portal – www.rrbapply.gov.in.
(2) Ensure your email ID and mobile number are verified through OTP. It is recommended that candidates keep their personal mobile number and valid e-mail ID active throughout the recruitment process, as all communications from RRBs/RRCs will be sent solely through SMS or email.
(3) During registration, choose the specific Railway for which you wish to apply. The selection made during the online application process is final, and requests for changes will not be entertained.
(4) Provide registration details, including your name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, Aadhaar number etc.
(5) Upload scanned copies of a recent photograph, signature, and proof of documents/certificates.
(6) Pay the application fee (if required) and submit your online application before closing date 29/08/2024 (Thursday) up to 11:59 PM.
