The Logistics Coordinator supports the movement, setup, tracking, and return of equipment and supplies across IREN projects. This role is focused on coordination and execution, ensuring materials and equipment are available on time and within budget while maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient operations. The Logistics Coordinator will contribute to IREN’s success by helping establish and follow best practices in logistics while reflecting our Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

Job requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to track multiple moving parts.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and clients.
Basic mechanical aptitude (preferred but not required).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort with handheld smart devices.
Valid State Driver’s License (required).
CDL (preferred; willingness to obtain a plus).
Ability to complete simple mathematical calculations and maintain accurate records.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in fast-paced environments.
Strong focus on meeting deadlines and supporting project schedules.
Ability to follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Willingness to travel with occasional overnight trips, including extended assignments during larger projects or severe weather events.
Working Conditions:
Onsite role in a mission-critical data center environment.
May require availability for on-call support during emergencies.
Must be comfortable working around electrical equipment, heavy machinery, and high-noise areas with appropriate PPE.
Job responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule the delivery, setup, maintenance, and return of equipment and supplies per Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager requests.
Track and document equipment usage, serial numbers, and inventory across project sites and warehouses.
Order and track rental equipment and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and accurate records.
Review rental invoices for accuracy and flag discrepancies.
Support fuel tracking and maintenance scheduling for equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, warehouse, and trailers.
Assist with on-call rotation as scheduled, which may involve some nights and weekend work.
Complete daily timesheets and maintain accurate project documentation.
Follow all safety practices, including proper use of PPE, and comply with company policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to Project Managers for logistics-related needs.
Perform other duties as assigned to support logistics and project operations.
